The Oracle Primavera Unifier mobile app provides a convenient solution for users on the move. It enables project managers and field users to effortlessly view, update, and collaborate on tasks within Unifier projects. Users can efficiently handle tasks, generate business process records, and review associated documents. The app also allows field users to continue working offline with their downloaded project data and documents.

Using the Unifier mobile app requires a valid Primavera Unifier 16.2 license or higher. Oracle strongly recommends upgrading your Primavera Unifier installation to the latest version in order to access all functionalities offered by the mobile app, as some recent features are exclusive to the latest version of Primavera Unifier.

• Manage assigned tasks and update task progress from anywhere.
• Work with downloaded company and project data even without network connectivity.
• Synchronize locally saved changes with the Unifier server once you regain network connection.
• Create new business process records and include line items.
• Attach image, audio, and video files to a business process record, line item, or task.
• Review drawings, PDFs, images, etc., related to business process records or project documents.
• Avoid data input errors by utilizing QR codes, barcodes, auto-population, and formula calculation in forms.
• Use common pickers and hyperlink fields in form interactions.
• Access and save frequently used company or project documents conveniently.
• Add frequently accessed business processes as tiles to the Home screen for quicker navigation.
• View the geo-location of projects and business process records for enhanced context.
• Receive task assignment notifications without needing to open the Unifier mobile app.

Additional Information:

• Prior to upgrading to the latest version of the mobile app, Oracle advises always synchronizing locally saved changes with the Unifier server.
• The Unifier mobile app for iOS supports Apple OS version 12.0 and above.
• The app includes a demo mode for evaluating its functionalities without requiring a license or connection to Primavera Unifier.
